Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Because every pillow is made to order with your unique coordinates and design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom items.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, with a printing error on our part, or significantly different from what you approved in your design preview, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either by reprinting your pillow or issuing a refund.
Refund Process
Once we review your claim, we will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because each GPS Pillow Shop pillow is custom-made and may enter production shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes after checkout.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away at . If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to help. Once your pillow has entered production immediately after you place your order, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
